The petitioners have preferred the present petition with the following prayer: a) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.4 (Tahsildar Kasimabad, District Ghazipur) to ensure Amaldaramad (compliance) of the order dated 24.11.2025 passed by SDM (Tahsil Level) Judicial, Tahsil Kasimabad, District Ghazipur and give possession to the petitioner of his respective share as per the final decree in Suit No.10621 of 2025 (Sunil Kumar Vs. Awdhesh & others Computerized No. (T/202514291110621) under section 117 Uttar 2020 Pradesh Revenue Code Rules 2016, 2. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in this regard, if the petitioner will move fresh application before respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Ghazipur, he will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of
