Against an order dated 24.09.2024 passed by the Respondent No.2 namely Sub Divisional Officer/ Joint Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur, a recall application was filed by the petitioner dated 30.12.2024. 2. It is argued that the Respondent No.2 be directed to decide the aforesaid recall application. 3. Heard counsel for the parties. 4. With the consent of the counsel for the parties and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No.2 namely Sub Divisional Officer/ Joint Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur to decide the recall application filed by the petitioner dated 30.12.2024, copy of which is appended as Annexure-5 to the writ petition, strictly in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties concerned, unless there is no legal impediment.
