Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the fisheries rights lease was granted in favour of the petitioner in the year 2024. The private respondents namely respondent no.5-Acche Lal Patel is still in possession of the aforesaid pond hence petitioner is not able to start the fishery rights. In this regard complaint was made by counsel for the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Prayagraj/respondent no.2 on 20.11.2025 since no action has been taken hence present writ petition. 3. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4.
