Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Nityanad learned counsel for respondent No.3. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that Land Management Committee wrote a letter to the Assistant Collector/Tehsildar Tehsil Tamkuhi District Kushinagar/respondent No.2 under Section 66 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 on 02.09.2025 to initaite proceeding against encrochers of Plot No.726Ga and Plot No.488. It is argued that considerable time has already been lasped but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that he respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No..2/Assistant Collector/Tehsildar
