Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State, Sri Om Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and perused the records. 2. The order dated 28.03.2024 was passed by the respondent no.2 in the proceedings initiated under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri O.P. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 that against the aforesaid order statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file a revision as provided under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In this regard he also placed reliance upon a judgement and order dated 02.08.2022 passed by this Court in Writ C No.1284 of 2022 (Phoolchand and another Vs.
