It is argued that proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 was initiated by one Smt. Manju Devi and others / Respondent Nos.3 to 10 against the present grand father of petitioner namely Parasnath which was registered as Case No.8/1199/2013-2014, Computerized Case No.T201702030703761, (Manju Devi & others Vs. Parasnath). 2. In the said proceedings after hearing counsel for the parties, the judgment was reserved by the Respondent No.2 namely Tehsildar, Tehsil Bara, District Prayagraj vide order dated 19.09.2025. While reserving the aforesaid order, the direction was also given by him to the opposite parties in the aforesaid case namely the present petitioner to submit their written statement on or before 25.09.2025.
