The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Additional Commissioner Azamgarh Region Azamgarh to decide Stay Application filed along with the Appeal No.C202515000003625 (Iltaf Vs. Afsar Ali) expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the Court below since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2
