It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already submitted his reply to the aforesaid notice on 21.01.2026 and considerable time has already been lapsed but till no decision has been taken in the matter and prayer has been made to direct the respondent no.3/District Magistrate, Ghaziabad to decide the aforesaid reply/objection expeditiously. 4.
