The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition to direct the direct the respondent nos. 2 to 6 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the respondent nos. 7 to 13 over the Khasra No. 866 and gata no. 1330 Rakba 0.0550 hectare situated at village Khakhaicha, Pargana Mah, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj and further direct the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2026 moved before the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, District Prayagraj regarding illegal encroachment made by the respondent no0s. 7 to 13. 4.
