In the proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated by the petitioner, which is pending consideration before the respondent no.3-Additional City Magistrate, Brahampuri, Meerut. In the said proceedings an application for grant of interim protection was also filed by the petitioner on 30.10.2025. Since no decision has been taken hence present writ petition. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no.3 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid application within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
