In the proceedings initiated by the Respondent No.5/ Jokhan Prasad under Section 67-A, an order dated 02.11.2017 was passed in his favour by the Respondent No.3. 2. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, revision under Section 210 of the Code, 2006 was filed by the petitioner after more than 4 years. The said revision was rejected by the Respondent No.2 vide order dated 24.10.2025. 3. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition. 4. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. From perusal of records it appears that the specific cogent findings were recorded by the Respondent No.2 that petitioner does not fall within the definition of 'person aggrieved'.
