Correction Application No.02 of 2026:- 1. The present correction application has been filed with the prayer to make certain corrections in the order passed by this Court dated 11.02.2026.. 2. It is argued that due to inadvertently mistake the paragraph-1 of the aforesaid order was wrongly typed. 3. Cause shown is sufficient. Correction Application is allowed. 4. The corrected paragraph namely paragraph-1 of the order dated 11.02.2026 read as follows:- "1. The proceedings initiated against the petitioner under Section 67 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.4862 of 2024 (Gram Samaj Vs. Trivendra Kumar) was dropped by order dated 19.02.2024. It is argued that against the aforesaid order, on the application moved by the panel lawyer of Gaon Sabha on 04.10.2024, the proceedings were again initiated which is not permissible in law.
