Proceedings under Section 128 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 were initiated against the father of the petitioner, culminating in an order dated 24.03.2023 passed by the Chief Revenue Officer/Additional District Magistrate (Land Revenue), Azamgarh. 3. Aggrieved by the aforesaid order, the petitioner preferred a revision under Section 210 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 before the Board of Revenue, Uttar Pradesh at Prayagraj, which was allowed vide order dated 30.07.2025. By the said order, the earlier order dated 24.03.2023 was set aside and the matter was remanded for fresh consideration in accordance with law. 4.
