The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Jakhaniya, District Ghaziabad to decide Suit No.5982 of 2025, Computerized Case No.T202514290505982 under Section 24 of U.P.
