Revenue Code, 2006. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State and perused the records. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to submit a proper application in this regard before the concerned respondent within three weeks from today.
