It is stated in the present correction application that though the writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/Tehsildar, Tehsil Phulpur District Azamgarh to decide the Case No.11650 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T20251060311650) (Kanchan Agrahari Vs. Narendra Kumar and others) filed under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 but due to typographical mistake, the order has been passed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record. 3. From perusal of the record, it is clear that writ petition was filed with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/Tehsildar, Tehsil Phulpur District Azamgarh to decide the Case No.11650 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T20251060311650) (Kanchan Agrahari Vs. Narendra Kumar and others
