Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The only relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handiya District Prayagraj to decide Case No.2646 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T202502030402646 (Indraveer Singh Vs. Rajendra Singh) expeditiously. 3. From perusal of the record in transpires that nothing has been stated in the entire petition that there is any extraordinary situation nor any arguments has been made in this regard by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the court below to decide the aforesaid case in a time bound manner except the fact that suit is filed in the year 2025. 4. In view of the above, no relief could be granted to the petitioners. However, court below is expected to decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment
