The order dated 26.11.2025 passed by the District Magistrate/Collector, Chitrakoot/respondent no.2 in the proceedings initiated under Section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel that the aforesaid order, which is under challenge is an interlocutory order and no final decision has been taken as yet. The operative portion reads as follows :- "वादग्रस्त भूमि मूलतः श्रेणी-6 बीहड की सुरक्षित भूमि है अथवा नहीं तथा कृषि कार्य हेतु प्रतिवादीगण को आवंटन किस आधार पर किया गया है, के संबंध में न्यायहित में उभय पक्षों को साक्ष्य एवं सुनवाई का अवसर देने के पश्चात ही निर्णय पारित किया जाना न्यायोचित होगा। अतः प्रस्तुत प्रकरण समय सीमा से बाधित होना न पाते हुए तदनुसार उक्त विन्दु निस्तारित किया जाता है। पत्रावली उभय पक्ष साक्ष्य / बहस हेतु दिनांक 04.1
