Order dated 31.12.2025 passed by the Respondent No.3 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Mainpuri by which the allotment of leases made in favour of the petitioner was cancelled under Section 33/39 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act is under challenge. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Counsel for the respondents that against the aforesaid order, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to approach an appropriate authority as provided under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy. (Prakash Padia,J.)
