The order dated 02.12.2025 passed by District Magistrate/Collector, Shamli/respondent no.2 on the application filed by the respondent no.6 under Section 212 (2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that the order passed by the respondent no.2 is without jurisdiction. 3. After some arguements counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer and prayed that the respondent no.2 before whom the proceedings of aforesaid case is transferred be directed to decide the same expeditiously. 4.
