After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the effect to direct the Respondent No.2 namely .. to decide the Revision No.Cc2025/2000002897 of 2025 (Chetram Vs Ramchand and others) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present petition stands disposed of finally directing the Respondent No.2, Additional Commissioner (Administration) Mandal Bareilly to consider and decide the aforesaid revision strictly in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
