Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated against the petitioner by the Respondent No.6 namely Nithohar which was numbered as Case No.6268 of 2024, Computerized Case No.T202414180406268. In the said proceedings, order dated 05.11.2024 was passed by the Respondent No.3 to prepare the final decree. 2. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, the petitioner has preferred an appeal under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which was numbered as Case No.3526 of 2024, Computerized Case No.C202414000003526. The said appeal was rejected by the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Varanasi Division, Varanasi vide order dated 14.10.2025. On the findings of the aforesaid order, the application was filed before the concerned respondent, since no decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. 3.
