The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Prayagraj to initiate the proceedings against the private respondents namely respondent nos.5 & 6. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though in this regard representations have been made before the respondent nos.2-District Magistrate, Prayagraj and 7-Pradhan, Gaon Sabha, Koksad, Tehsil- Karchhana, District Prayagraj but till date no action has been taken hence present writ petition. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 4.
