The proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 24 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, the same was finalized up to the stage of appeal in favour of the petitioner. It is argued that thereafter wholly illegally private respondents demolished the boundary wall of the petitioner, hence a representation has been made by the petitioner before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Jaunpur on 30.12.2025 with the prayer to construct the boundary wall of the petitioner, copy of the same is appended as Annexure No.7 to the writ petition. 2.
