Pursuant to the auction notice dated 15.01.2025 auction was taken place on 22.01.2026. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that the land in respect of which auction has been made belongs to the petitioner. In this regard petitioner has submitted a representation before the District Magistrate/respondent no.2 on 19.01.2026, which was duly entertained by him and directions were given to the authorities to enquiry the matter. Aggrieved against the aforesaid present writ petition was filed. 3. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.2 will pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties present and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent no.2 alon
