The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Saidpur District Ghazipur to decide application dated 07.11.2025 filed under Section 67-A of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that considerable period has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter, hence the present writ petition. 4.
