The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to comply with the order dated 18.10.2023 passed by the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phoolpur District Praygaraj. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings under Section 24(2) of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 by the petitioner which was numbered as Case No.8943 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.T202302030208943) before the respondent No.3 in which order dated 18.10.2023 has been passed in favour petitioner. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date the aforesaid order has not been complied. 4.
