It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 24 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 in which order was passed in his favour on 11.06.2018, thereafter the private respondents again removed the pillars. Aggrieved with the aforesaid, the petitioner filed various applications before the authorities but till date no action has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other land, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case the petitioner is aggireved with the act of the petitioner, he is free to move appropriate application as provided under Section 22/23 of U.P.
