It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the judgement and order dated 20.11.2023 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Moradabad in Original Suit No.421 of 1991, the petitioner moved an application before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Moradabad on 26.12.2025 for compliance of the aforesaid order. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that by way of the aforesaid application, the petitioner wants to execute the order of Civil Court while the appropriate remedy lies to file appropriate application before the Court concerned for execution of the aforesaid order. 3.
