Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to act upon the application of petitioner dated 04.05.2024 and record the name of petitioner as Bhumidhar with transferable rights in place of Bhumidhar with non-transferable rights in revenue records; in respect of Gata No. 791Sa/0.243 Hectares and Gata No. 881/0.162 Hectares, situated at illage Kapraita, Tehsil and District Etah expeditiously within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this regard a representation has already been made by the petitioner before the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Etah District Etah but till date no decision has been taken in the
