The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sambhal District Sambhal to decide the application dated 23.07.2025 for demarcation of land. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that till date no action has been taken on the said application. 4. Per contra, learned Standing Counsel submits that if any demarcation has to be done with regard to any of the agricultural holdings of the petitioners then, the proper remedy is provided under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 whereby on an application being filed by the petitioners under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, a proper case would be registered and thereafter upon hearing the other side, demarcation proceedings would be carried out by the concerned revenue officials in acc
