The petitioners have preferred the present petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding District Magistrate Ghazipur to initiate demarcation proceeding by invoking the provisions of section 30(2) of U.P Revenue Code 2006 in regard to the Plot being Plot No. 2367(M) Area 0.0325 Hectare situated in Village Jalalabad, Tehsil Jakhaniya District Ghazipur by considering the application filed by the petitioners to resolve the dispute of physical Division and till such dispute is finally decided status quo in regard to share of the petitioners may be directed to be maintained in regard to the Plot of the petitioners, in the better interest of justice." 2.
