The present writ petition has been filed by the Member of the Gaon Sabha with the prayer to direct the Tehsildar (Judicial), District Deoria to expedite the proceedings initiated by the Gaon Sabha against the private- respondents under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which was registered as Case No.18918 of 2025, Computer Case No.T202505200118918. 2. It is argued that though considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. 3. Heard counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 4. As per sub-Rule (6) of Rule 67 of the U.P.
