The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner to decide the application dated 20.12.2024 filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.1/Additional Sub Divisional Officer, Varanasi Sadar District Varanasi for preparation of final decree for more than one year. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.1 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. In this view of the matter and without entering into merits of the case, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondent No.1/Additional Sub Divisional Officer, Varanasi Sadar District Varanasi to decide the aforesaid application expeditiously unless there is no legal impediment.
