The basic relief sought by the petitioners in the present petition is to direct the Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Prayagraj Region Prayagraj to decide Appeal No.155 of 2023 (Computer Case No.C20230000000155) (Amrit Lal and others Vs. Ramakant and others) expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the Court below since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5.
