After some arguments, learned cousnel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to prayer No.1 which reads as follows:- I. A writ, order or direction in nature of Mandamus commanding respondent No-3 to take immediate action on the application of the petitioner dated 18.08.2023 under para 460 of the Revenue Court manual filed by him with prayer to implement the order dated 26.07.2023 passed by respondent no-3 under section 229B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, which is pending before respondent no-3 since 18.08.2023. 2. It is argued that the application has been filed in the year 2023 and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.3 will pass appropriate order in the matter expeditiously. 4.
