The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No. 2 - Tehsildar, Tehsil Dataganj, District Budaun, to decide the Case No. 317687 of 2025, under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code- 2006, expeditiously. 4.
