It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that the proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 134 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, an order was passed in favour of the petitioner on 19.09.2024 by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Madhuban District Mau but the aforesaid order has not been complied with till date by the respondent no.4/Tehsildar Madhuban District Mau. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent no.4 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3.
