The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate/Assistant Magistrate 1st Class Mirzapur to decide Case No.562 of 2017 (Computerized Case No.D201816530000562) expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the Court below since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5.
