The petitioner who is a village has filed the present petition with the prayer to direct the authorities to decide the application dated 20.02.2026 filed by one Shaheen Village Pradhan of Village Rasoolpur, Pargana Kotla Tehsil Khaga District Fatehpur. 2. It appears from perusal of the record that immediately after the aforesaid application was submitted by the Gram Pradhan of the aforesaid village, the present petition has been filed by the present petitioner to the decide the aforesaid application. In fact the Gram Pradhan of the aforesaid village wants to file the present petition through the petitioner which is not maintainable in law and the petition is liable to be dismissed. 3. At this stage, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel
