However, in case respondent/respondents feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioners in the present petition is to direct the respondent authority to decide pass an interim order on stay application within stipulated period filed by the petitioners on 12.12.2024 in Appeal No.C202405000002366 expeditiously. 4.
