After some arguments, counsel for the petitioners confined his prayer and prayed to direct the Respondent-authorities to pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the petitioners to grant transferable rights in respect of the land in dispute in favour of the petitioners. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent that the complete procedure has been provided under Section 76 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for change of nature of land from transferable rights to non transferable rights. 3. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, the petitioners are permitted to move an application before the concerned competent authority in this regard as per procedure prescribed under Section 76 of the U.P.
