The instant writ petition in question has been filed by the petitioner for allotment/lease of Fisheries Lease Rights under Section 61 (B) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2012, in favour of respondent no. 5. 3. An statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to approach the Collector concerned against the aforesaid allotment/lease as provided under Rule 59 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2016. 4.
