Heard learned counsel for petitioner/applicant and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-allia with the following prayer:- " i). to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 to comply his own order dated 14.09.2017 passed in Computerized Case No. T2016071142022296, under Section 38 U.P. Revenue Code- 2006, Ilahi Baks Versus Mirchi & Others" otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss, in the ends of justice, so that justice may be done." 3. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that complete procedure has been prescribed under para 460 of the U.P. Revenue Code Manual. 4. In view of this matter, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to move a proper application before the competent authority under para 460 of the U.P. Revenue Code Manual, if such an application is filed
