It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondent No.2 on 22.10.2025 which is still pending. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that for the relief sought by the petitioner, the petitioner has remedy to file appropriate application as per procedure prescribed under the U.P.
