The only relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to direct the respondent no. 2 namely Tehsildar (Judicial), Bilari, Moradabad, to decide the Restoration Application / Recall No. 7069 of 2023 (Computer Case No. T202313540207069) (Jamil Ahmad Vs. Deepakar), under section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 Dated 27.05.2025, pending in the Court of Tehsildar (Judicial), Bilari, Moradabad, expeditiously within specific period. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent/respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court.
