From perusal of the aforesaid application, this Court is a prima facie opinion that the said application was not filed as per the procedure prescribed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2026, In view of this matter, the petitioner is permitted to move a proper application before the respondent no. 3. If such application is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no. 3, will decide the same expeditionary in accordance with law.
