It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the report submitted by the revenue authorities illegal encroachments were found over the land Arazi No.54 and 226 situated at Village Pura Bal Narayan, Post Ramgarh, Pargana Raunapar Tehsil Sagri District Azmagarh. It is argued that once the report has already been submitted, the Gram Pradhan/Revenue Authorities is duty bound to initiate the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case, the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 will be initiated by the petitioner before the respondent No.4/Tehsildar, Tehsil Sagri, District Azamgarh, the respondent No.4 will pass appropriate orders expeditiously. 3.
