It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 by the petitioner which was numbered as Case No. 1887 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T202514360501887) before the respondent No. 3 in which order dated 30.09.2025 has been passed in favour petitioner.
