Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The only relief sought by the petitioners in the present writ petition is to direct the court below i.e., Respondent No.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Sakaldiha, District Chandauli to decide Suit No.573 of 2026, Computerized Case No.T202314180303848 (Balmukund Vs. Kamta and others), under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously. 3. From perusal of the record in transpires that nothing has been stated in the entire petition that there is any extraordinary situation nor any arguments has been made in this regard by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the court below to decide the aforesaid case in a time bound manner except the fact that suit is filed in the year 2026. 4. In view of the above, no relief could be granted to the petitioners. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the petition is dismissed.
